Being a Nutritional Therapist, I had the knowledge of the ‘what to do’ but I had to figure out the ‘how to make it fit’. Many years back, when I first qualified as a nutritional therapist, I thought it was easy to stay slim. I knew very little about the effects of the media, social gatherings, pregnancy, holidays, hormones, age, and depression on our food habits and choices. And I knew even less about how the our own psychology and emotions can play an intricate role. In my consulting office, I saw a lot of men and women desperate to lose weight, confused about how to do it, and on the verge of giving up and giving in.
I remember feeling very angry and helpless about the situation. Our food choices today are horrendous, and it’s showing in our weight, our mood, our productivity, our immunity, and our overall joie de vivre! I couldn’t just sit there and watch, I had to do something. So I started to seriously look into it.
As a nutritional therapist, I wanted to offer my clients advice that works. I wanted my consultations to be the last stop for them in their quest for good health. So I took a dive into books, research studies, and experiments. Everything that I discovered I tested on myself and my clients.
As I was improving my own health, I was also learning a lot about all the other factors that are needed for a weight loss solution. From daily eating habits to designing menus and addressing emotions and obstacles. I even went deep into the human psychology to discover how to address complicated food relationships and how to most effectively influence them.
As a result of many years of hard work, I’m glad to report that I have finally found what works for me. I have total control over my own weight, in spite of three pregnancies and previous struggles.

It brings tears to my eyes when I even think about all the people that have benefited from a change in their diet. Why Diets Are Not Working For You
If you’re thinking that taking a weight loss course is not your ‘thing’ or that other things might be quicker and faster, I might as well tell you from the start: I’ve heard it all before.

Q. What if I do the course and I still don’t lose weight?

Q. The course is expensive, I can’t afford it
