Dear Friend,

  • Do you often feel tired and lethargic?
  • Do you crave carbohydrates and sugars and don't know what to do?
  • Do you need help reaching and maintaining your ideal weight?
  • Would you like to offer better nutrition for your kids but don't know how?
  • Do you get frequent headaches and symptoms that you can't explain?
  • Would you like to find solutions for your bloatedness and digestive problems?
  • Do you want to get healthy and don't know where to start?

If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions, then I can help you!

My name is Alia Almoayed and I am a Nutritional Therapist. I run a busy nutrition consulting office in the Kingdom of Bahrain, offering nutrition advice to the whole Middle East community. I have helped myself with nutrition and now I help many people like you on a daily basis. Nutritional therapy is a powerful tool that has been used throughout the ages and has been proven effective for many health conditions. Not only can nutrition help heal many illnesses, but it can also be your ticket to good health, vibrant energy, good looks, and feeling great!

Everywhere you look, you’ll find books, magazines, websites and television programmes explaining how good nutrition can improve your life. Health food shops and cafes are gaining a following as more and more health-conscious people opt for natural foods and healthier lifestyles. On another level, being healthy is becoming trendy and “hip” as more and more consumer food products are aligning themselves with the “go natural” slogan.

But besides becoming a social phenomenon, nutrition is growing as a powerful tool for preventing and healing illness. Alternative therapists are in high demand, and even mainstream doctors are getting more requests for alternative options to cure ailments. This proves that people are starting to take their health into their own hands and are enlisting the help of natural products in doing so.

Using nutrition to your advantage is both practical and rewarding. The key to success is to take immediate action. I always hear, “I’ll fix my diet after the summer” or “I’ll shop healthy tomorrow.” But it doesn’t work like that. You shouldn’t need to stop your life to get healthier; rather, healthy food and lifestyle choices should be incorporated into your daily routine as a normal, ongoing part of your life. Think long-term solutions, not short-term quick fixes.

The idea of mainstream therapy for the twenty-first century is expanding beyond drugs and surgery to emphasise prevention through nutritional therapy, and it may soon be true that: "If the doctors of today do not become the nutritionists of tomorrow, then the nutritionists of today will become the doctors of tomorrow".

Instead of keeping nutrition as a last resort, make it your first priority for healing and prevention. Using nutrition for prevention is very similar to “strengthening the base” when building. Without a strong base, a whole building can crumble, or a body can fall ill. Your base is constantly being built and fortified by what you eat. If you use nutrition to your advantage, not only will you be able to heal illness, but you will able to increase your productivity and improve the quality of your life.

In the field of nutritional therapy, the body is treated as a whole. For example, your digestive problems may be connected to your headaches, which may be connected to your low immunity. Nutrition goes beyond the temporary treatment of symptoms; it addresses the root cause of problems and helps you solve them over time. It is a process in which you play a big part.

Everything that you eat, drink, do, and even think can affect your health—so why not manipulate all these factors and use them to your advantage?

Although nutritional needs differ at every stage in life, good nutrition is important at every level; its benefits can be applied to infants, children, adolescents, middle-aged, men, women, pregnant, and even the elderly. Good nutrition can determine the quality of the rest of your life. It can boost your learning, immunity, energy levels, and every aspect of your day-to-day life. It should be your first step to optimum health!
